Live, seamless interface with eziTracker™
TeleScheduler™ Care version 2.7.0 sees the exciting introduction of the complete eziTracker™ interface. For those using the combined TeleScheduler™ Care/ eziTracker™ service, this enhanced feature will provide enormous benefits.
eziTracker™ alerts
For convenience, the newly enhanced interface allows Care Managers
to set-up monitoring alerts (alerts sent by email and/ or SMS
text message) directly from TeleScheduler™ Care for individual
or re-occurring visits and will also allow to determine the
time threshold depending on the importance of the visit. For
example, if the visit is to administer an insulin injection,
it may be appropriate to set the time threshold to no more than
five minutes.
Automatic confirmation of attended and
completed visits
‘Live’ visit information is displayed within TeleScheduler™
Care’s visit screen. Therefore, as soon as a visit is
attended, the colour of the visit will change to represent this
new status. Once a visit has been completed, the visit colour
will change again to show the visit has been completed.
In addition, by double clicking on a planned/ completed visit,
‘actual start and finish times’ will be displayed.
Timesheets – planned and unplanned
exceptions
‘Actual’ timesheet information is automatically
transferred from eziTracker™ into TeleScheduler™
Care. For convenience, timesheets which accurately match planned
visit data will be automatically approved. However, as we all
know, visits don’t always go to plan. TeleScheduler™
Care allows users to deal with and manage planned and unplanned
timesheet exceptions effortlessly.
Planned exceptions refer to timesheet data which correspond
with a planned visit, however, the start and finish times
do not match. Unplanned exceptions refer to timesheet data
which cannot be attributed to any planned visits. Both sets
of exceptions allow you to ‘accept’ the ‘actual
timesheet information’, ‘accept planned visit
information’ or ‘adjust the timesheet information
manually’ prior to approval.
